Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We ship from both U.S. and overseas warehouses, depending on product availability and stock levels.


Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers including:

Carrier selection depends on the destination and product.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the product and location:

  • Floating Center Caps: Approximately 4–8 business days

  • Wheels & Rims (Custom Orders): Approximately 30 days (includes production and shipping time)

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders.


Duties & Taxes (DDP)

We provide Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service when applicable. This means customs duties and import taxes are covered by us, so you will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.


Delays & Transit Issues

While we work with reliable carriers, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (such as customs processing, weather, or carrier issues).

We are not liable for shipping delays, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us.

We will assist in resolving the issue and may offer store credit or a replacement depending on the situation.


Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
